





THE RIASA Scouting Network.
RIASA is a unqie program and looks for students that are committed to a life changing opportunity as they pursue their degree and aim to reach their optimal playing ability.
In order for students to be accepted into the soccer academy a RIASA scout in their region must first approve their suitability for program.
Please contact the International Director, Brian Haley at: bhaley@riasa.org who will then notify the Head Scout in your region of your interest in the program in order to begin to assess your suitibility for enrollment.

John Roeslein

John played professionally in the American Soccer league and for Tramere Rovers in England. He has won several coaching awards and National Championships while working with National Level players over the course of his career. He presently is director of the the Missouri Olympic development program and takes a development team to RIASA every summer.

Paul Bayly
Paul works within the Northerm CA olympic development system, has worked at the high school and collegiate level as a head coach.

Thom has undertaken scouting work at several levels and is familar with the development structure and organization of US soccer. He is familar with the New York Reds Bulls Academy having has one of his sons play in the academy for several years.
Jeff Thompson
Jeff has worked in the US collegiate system for a number of years as a head coach and is presently working in youth development soccer in New Mexcio region.
Jeff Hackett
Jeff played professionally at Peniche of Portugal and competed in 23 full Internationals for his native Barbados, including Olympic and World Cup qualifying games. Jeff heads up the Global Satellite Soccer Academy which identifies and trains top players in the Ontario region. He has showcased several players through his academy in England at top professional clubs.
Dan Metcalfe
Dan is the director of DMS soccer academy in the LA region. Dan club is one of the premier clubs in Southern California with a focus on player development.
Dennis Brown
John Sime
John was a professional player at leeds United FC in England. He is presently working as a youth development coach in Dallas, Texas.
Dan Baccarini

Dan has been a select coach since 2001 and worked as a high school coach in various regions winning championships on several occasions.

RIASA is a player development and showcase academy. We look to recruit college bound players who are seeking an American University degree while playing in a professional soccer academy.
If you are you connected in the soccer community and have an eye for talent then you may be considered for a position working as a scout for the RIASA program.
RAISA is conitually looking for regional scouts to join our network from all parts of the world.
As a RIASA Scout you will have opportunity to build your own scouting business as you search for talent. Our goal is to help

student-athletes succeed, academically and in the soccer world, while building business success for you.
Successful scouting representatives possess the following aptitudes:
- Keen eye for athletic talent
- Sincere desire to help student-athletes make the most of their talent
- Vision for business success
- Leadership skills especially strong Interpersonal Skills
- A full understanding of the mission, value and purpose of the RIASA program.
What our Scouting Representative does
Our scouting representatives carefully observe the local and regional soccer scene for outstanding talent. Our scouts makes contact with the top soccer academies and schools in theie region.
We will assist the scouting representative in contacting qualified recruits. The scouting representative then contacts the interested athletes and their families and presents the RIASA program.
A full power point and web information is available to help scouts in their recruitment efforts. In addition RIASA has a fully integrated web based recruitment manager to help scouts keep organized and work in their business.
Build your own network, set your own hours, watch athletic events, attend camps and clinics helping hometown athletes realize their academic and athletic dreams.
At RIASA, we are understandably, very particular about who is allowed represent us as a local scouting representative.
